EXECUTION UNIT

Architect's studio  that auto-built a prototype of assemblable house, in Paseo de Recoletos in front of the town hall in Madrid, taking advantage of an invitation to a public art gathering, and using that space as an information point where they offer free advice and personal attention to self construction of rooftops dwelling and in the drafting of agreements between the owners and new tenants, studies of overloads, installations, materials and manuals for assembly, including plan for the reuse of all materials that compose the prototype, managing communications and transportation with different groups and associations that make up a social network that builds collective architectures, generating a network of public self managed temporary equipment. It demonstrates the possible and necessary collective construction of the city, making intensive use of land and buildings, cooperating or not with the government, and overcoming the deterministic position of conventional urbanism.
